The benefits of salt water

With the averge age of the kneeboarder these days this area should be used to post issues on health matters (surfer's ear, knee surgery, stretches, etc).

sea water

Post by frankfqr »

One of the main tidbits I retained from biology class was that ocean water was the closest thing on earth to human blood. Something like 96% the same except for a few trace elements and minerals. As a kid I was amazed at how fast a cut would heal after a few surf sessions. Now they become infected......we're fuk**n up a good thing...even the sea life is dying just from going about there business
