kneeling and knee injurys

With the averge age of the kneeboarder these days this area should be used to post issues on health matters (surfer's ear, knee surgery, stretches, etc).

Capt. Chris, Sorry to hear about your agony of being injured and out of the water so long. If you don't mind my asking, what did the MRI show? An accurate diagnosis often determines what treatment is best.
If you have a torn up cartilage that is catching and locking the knee, arthroscopic surgery is probably the best. If a ligaments is stretched but not completely torn, conservative treatment probably better.
Sort of like in the military, the choice of weapon depends on the target you are trying to neutralize.

Have looked further into this option for myself at... http://www.injuryupdate.com.au/forum/forum.php ...apologies if this is a duplicate link, however, I did use the KSUSA search function before posting this msg.
