Man O’ War Health Update

With the averge age of the kneeboarder these days this area should be used to post issues on health matters (surfer's ear, knee surgery, stretches, etc).

Thanks, kidrock, for the news. Seems all those prayers that went out months back may have helped a little, along with the marvels of medical science.
Cool when the KB ohana pulls together like that.

MOW, may the waves rise to greet you.

Once again, thanks for the concern. Prayers have been answered, the doc is happy, my spoon is whistling, and leukemia seems to be disappearing in my rear view mirror. I'm dreaming of a welcome-back session with my sons around Xmas. What I'd REALLY like to do is pick up a roundtrip ticket to San Diego and do Baja with Geno & krew.

dusting off the passport as we speak. 8)
"So if you want to kneeboard, find the hollowest waves you can, ride as short of a board as possible and go fast and deep. If you want to slip and slide, twist and jerk, go for air then stand up and do it. Let’s keep kneeboarding sacred."
