Kneelo Bill Binford passed away this week. Billy lived many years in Ticla but came back home to South Padre Island his last few years. Billy surfed last year's Memorial Expression Session in South Padre in memory of fallen local surfers, although in considerable pain.
Bill leaves behind his wife Diane and 3 children. RIP Billy, you will be missed in the lineup.
