back wacked

With the averge age of the kneeboarder these days this area should be used to post issues on health matters (surfer's ear, knee surgery, stretches, etc).

Post by stonefish »

ok im fishing for some good lower back stretches and work outs. i havnt been able to surf as regularly as i should to stay loose. im trying not to use pills , so i guess a massage and self adjusting is preferable......ive heard ice, and hot baths.....? ill try all.

start pilates in pilates gym with a qualified instructor you won't look back so effective on your core stability.... [also the class is usually full of women so there's something to look at besides the standard sweaty hairy buggers]
once you've had black you'll never go back!!!

Yoga, Pilates, and lots of abs (core) strength will save you.

but everyone's back is different,

this one slips my discs in my lower back where the belong and stop them pressing on nerves

see others here

use with care, I aint no doctor, and know nothing about backs, - except I own one ;)

PS that pic isn't me - my hair is shorter

Post by stonefish »

ive been doing the stretches but i dont think ill ever be as flexible as her!

i hope to get a surf in soon....seems to be the best thing ,just being in the water...
