ok im fishing for some good lower back stretches and work outs. i havnt been able to surf as regularly as i should to stay loose. im trying not to use pills , so i guess a massage and self adjusting is preferable......ive heard ice, and hot baths.....? ill try all.

start pilates in pilates gym with a qualified instructor you won't look back so effective on your core stability.... [also the class is usually full of women so there's something to look at besides the standard sweaty hairy buggers]

Yoga, Pilates, and lots of abs (core) strength will save you.

Try using a foam roller for self massage.

thanks for all the good advice.....i will try them all, although i think i might make my own tension rack with surf leashes and harken selftailing winches...
ive been doing the stretches but i dont think ill ever be as flexible as her!

i hope to get a surf in soon....seems to be the best thing ,just being in the water...
