This is a video from the 2nd ever BKC gathering. Old... 2001/2 I think, but thanks to the tinterweb I've eventually figured out how to share it!!!

Features Karl Ward (mostly), Duncan Jones, Mac Crawford, Tony Bonner, Bro Diplock, Me (the only crappy left taken!!!!) and possibly a couple of others.

Quality is pretty shite, but hey!!!!!

fun lookin waves! stand up nearly got himself nailed droppin in when a kneelo came flyin out of that that tube near the end of the clip. wish I could go that fast.

That is Karl dodging the stand-up dropping in on him;.... one of the best evasive manouvers I have ever seen!!!

Left broke onto sand, but got caught inside and rather pissed off after that one!!!!

Maybe I made the wrong choice of breaks after all that afternoon

although a couple of crushers came through later at 2nd reef impossibles on sunset.

tom....... bingin was picking up all through the day..... when i got in early it was barely 2ft and 4hrs later as i was leaving for the airport it was well over 6ft and had stopped barrelling!!!
got some more.... just need to sort through all of them!!!!

i see you worked pretty hard to escape that end section Peter

last surf in Bali before the flight home....

one time me and my mate were doing floaters on the dead high tide on the end section. Tempting each other further and further into the dropping tide.

he was the last one to try it

. landed the floater, but in an effort to retain his fins he straightned out leapt off his board and tore himself a knew arsehole. Then proceeded to get a staf infection.
