Turning Fifty
http://video.google.com.au/videoplay?do ... 8883829127
turned 50 the other day, as many of us have.
As a present my wife filmed me surfing for three/four sessions - which she hates to do. She did a good job with her still digital camera. Pity the surf was crap but I learnt an awful lot about how I could improve my surfing and that I have a tendency to Parkinsons... heh.
I also enjoyed remixing it. It's a bit tongue in cheek so don't anyone take offence... please.
In the end I made a self centred, egocentric, onanistic, down-the-line homage to all the solitary grassroots kneelos who inhabit this world ..........
Well at least I think I did.
Let me know, how you go....
I also know now how to spell Saint Vitus...
PS turn UP the volume
Cheers

imagine a puddle waking up one morning and thinking, 'This is an interesting world I find myself in, an interesting hole I find myself in, fits me rather neatly, doesn't it? In fact it fits me staggeringly well, must have been made to have me in it!'
but the punch line comes when the the sun rises
