G`day Riq, unfortunately that was 2 months ago-still sweating on some swell. :(
I have video on the same day, of a mal dropping in and going over my head. Always thrills & spills on the Noosa points. Have had the occasional collision with backpackers on mals. :D

Hi Mick,
Gotta love the way that wave just keeps peeling. It looked like a lot of fun.
The crowd on the point is sometimes challenging, especially the malibu mob that hangs as it turns the corner into the bay,
I've found if I take the first wave jabbering like a crazed kneelo shaman looking barely in control  and almost if possible not quite running over anyone  , Then I generally get some space around me for the rest of the session, well from the tourists anyway.
Of course the local guys realise this is how I normally ride so don't give a rat's
:D :D

Cheers,
Riq

Mick, thanks for the great cam shot. I occasionally see these but the best ones are where the camera seems turned a bit so that we can see the face and life of the wave. Is that possible for your camera?

I love the long, long wall you surfed on that wave!

Keep up the good work.

:D Hi Mick, It's good to get a feel for the length of ride at Noosa having never seen it.

MJ, that was only a small day and one of 4 point breaks-on a good day, rides can be 3 times as long and much faster.
Do a youtube search for Noosa, some good clips there.
Scott, only the 3rd time out with camera, which is tied to leg rope plugs with string. Trying different positions and angles but surf`s been flat for too long.

Thanks, Mick. I hope you get some good days for more shooting. I just love the angle and excitement from board mounted cameras (or helmet mounted ones, too!).

Hi Mick, must come try some of those peeling rights. Dont get em quite that long here in the Mount but just as many longboards and SUP's.
Live for the moments that take your breath away.
