...the wild man with the twin keel fish here:

Anyone else following this korduroy.tv thing on vimeo? Bit different, I like it...

tomway, I saw that video a couple of days ago on the news before seeing it here on vimeo. Looks like it's a pretty cool movie. The guy with the dark brown hair is the producer of the movie. He said the the other guy Ryan Burch, is probably the best all-around surfer he's seen. He actually surfs on that little piece of sawed off surfboard blank with no glass at Windansea alot! His mentor is Richard Kenvin of "Hydrodynamica" fame, if he ever finishes that movie! They had a great time surfing all over San Diego, saying that it was possible to do a surf trip without spending any money at all. :D

Very cool teaser clip.
Like the stoke they show.
These kids know how to have fun. 8)

This clip is not anything artful / soulful but on subject......Anyone recognize this guy? (end of clip)

And another obscure kneeboard related item...... (watch closely)

And another related bit to the latter.

Greenough? Going fast!
There's some modern day flex spoon stuff in one of their later vids, not so sure about the style, but:

the whole video is interesting. Look how much he's got his hull bottomed standup board to flex

Tom, Definitely not GG, but possibly someone local. There have always been a few unknowns north of the border here ... but if this was shot around the time a contest was on it could be just about anyone ... though not PC.

Come to think of it, SteveA would probably know ...

Bud, sorry, can't help ID the Perth kneelo, but that old Bunker footage is great. Seems he was a truly open-minded innovator and those who knew him still cherish his memory. What a loss to surfing his premature passing was.

Ryan Lovelace shaping the hulled surfboard that flexes can also
shape some nice kneeboards, like spoons. 8)

The blond kid in Broke and Stoked is a regular at Cardiff Reef, and some of that footage is clearly the left off the peak.

I was out there one day and Jack McCoy was on his raft filming both of them, I assumed for his new movie, but who knows.

There's a beach break in that movie that looks awfully familiar as well... 8)
