NorCal Surf Session Video

Post by Scott »

Here something from the last couple of weeks here in NorCal. My son-in-law was nice enough to stay out of the water one morning and take some video with a few of us enjoying solid surf just before Christmas.

Nice Scott. Sand Dune Beach, sounds familiar. 8)

Scott great video and editing. Looks like Bells Beach Victoria in reverse. Plenty of wall but a hard wave to ride. No bottom in the wave and hard to tuck into the tube. Looks like a great session. Late bottom turns by all. How was the paddle out looks heavy. Great work by your son-in-law.

I enjoyed watching that! Thanks for putting together and posting that Scott.

Nothing better to motivate you on a cold morning. Warm friendships and hot looking waves.

The paddleouts were very hit and miss--you were either hit hard or got luck and got missed. I spent on average from 10 - 20 minutes initially paddling out. After days of this my arms are still sore but I feel in pretty good paddling shape right now.
