Kneelo Billy Benford has terminal liver cancer and won't be with us much longer according to family in Brownsville, Texas. Billy was a long time resident of SPI, Texas and Ticla, Mexico.
Was surprised to see Billy at our Memorial Expression Session last spring and surfed the event although he "was not feeling well:.
