Kneeboard Surfing USA Community Forum

Hey Folks,

After buying kneeboards from a certain shaper down in Orange County California for years I am looking for for new shaper. I am familiar with Bud McCray (Blast Kneeboards) and he's great but KUSUA used to have a list of kneeboard shapers from around the globe. Can anyone recommend where to look?

As for preferences I live in Ventura California USA and I would love to find someone who can craft balsa or bamboo based boards. I want these boards to use as little as possible in the use of petroleum based products/materials when it comes to their construction.

I happen to have a fish blank glued up in solid balsa. Can be made wider to build a kneeboard. Unfortunately, balsa blanks are labor intensive and costly. But it could be glassed with Entropy resin which is very eco-friendly, Bio-based Epoxy resin.
