The normal going rate is A$220/night for a garden fare and A$250/night for a beach front and the bonus nights as in last post. This includes a basic breakfast
Down the track I could offer a couple of weeks a year in our fare (No13 a beach front with King size bed ) for 50% discount/night as we get to use for 30 nights/year plus a A$77/week cleaning fee. All food is at your expense We have a 10 year lease agreement with the managers so there maybe years we don't use so can offer the full 30 days but they need 90 days notice of occupancy/ booking
Hire cars are expensive but there are private buses (vans) for a 100 vatu (A$1) that will take you anywhere around Port Vila more for bigger trips (B on the number plate) which are cheaper than taxi's
cheers

Steen,
Just had to pull the plug on the Hong Kong holiday with the lady. Vanuatu may be an option instead if the $ work out OK. It will also be a great opportunity to try out my new board collection.
