Maldives advice

Hey Steen,
i remember you saying youve been to the Maldives before.Im going in 2 weeks time and was wondering how critical is it to have booties . Yes im a flipper man.We are on the boat for tha whole time so i hopefully wont be doing too much reef walking.
Any other advice greatly appreciated,doing the southern attols on the Handu for 12 days, check out this site Wavehunters.com

The only reason you will need booties is if you wanna get on the islands easy, I wore them every time, but I do anyway. Most of the standup guys didn't where them at all.

If you go diving etc there cool. Checking out the reefs walking there a must
