Going to Ecuador

Hey guys,

I'll be going to Ecuador for the first 2 weeks of January. I will be staying in the Montanita area for most of the trip. Any advice on where to surf besides Montanita? Anyone know of any kneeriders in that area that I might hook up with for a surf? If all goes well I'll also be going to Colombia. I know nothing nor can I find any information about surfing in Colombia. If any of you guys could help me out I'd really apprecaite it.

Lots of scary things being said in both Ecuador and Columbia about Americans being kidnapped for ransom. Be careful, Will!

Surf trip to Ecuador

Heard about a bunch of really good waves around that area. Check out the web page of Wave Hunters they give you a summary of what you can find around the area.
