How's California in the summertime

Post by gogglefog »

I'm moving to Alaska this summer and am planning on driving the coast of California on the way there. Is there much chance of getting swell anytime from mid-June to early july?

Anyone know how good the spots are around Sitka, Alaska?

There is word of a break right outside of town. You are going at a good time of year. If you for some reason find yourself out in the Aleutians, then I may be of more help. Good hunting!

Seaside Oregon is the best left in North America and it only breaks on a South, Southwest, or West. Hide your car from the local thugs and charge.
Fullers in Big Sur, Ca., is also a phenominal summer left.....once again, avoid the local color.
