Tony shot us on Wednesday, had to leave for Costa Rica that night to shoot a Reggae Concert, then on to Santa Cruz for the premier of his documentary.
The guy is definitely a class act and a great one to have behind the lens.
I can't say enough about him.
Congrats on the film TR!!
Hopefully we'll be able to see it some how.

Hey Big Tony,
Yes, the swell kicked in at the end of the week. It shut down some breaks and rolled in big on others, with the accompanying beat-down of course.
We all had a great week and scored some fun surf at the points, reefs, and some "beachie" too.

What an honor to find 6 kneeboarders from opposite US coasts, provide world class surf ranging from 3-8ft+, put them together in a small fishing village in Nicaragua. The magic was insane and the trip was.....well from the words of one of the brothers..Bitchin!
Until we do it again next year...Ooo Ha Ha.

And another strange and wonderful thing about Nicaragua.
All the younger girls and young women are beautiful.
There must be something in the water?
Unbelievable.

Stephen,

Okay..........I get it.
Marcie might be reading this.

I take back my previous post.
All the females down in Nicaragua are hideous...........Yuck!
And none of us even glanced at any of the hot..........oops.............I mean ugly women in the airports, stores, dirt roads, disco's, or even in our small village of Playa Gigante.
Nope.

Nice writeup, and some really nice pics. Tell the writer I used the term Cali. even when I was growing up there, and there is a famous song titled "Going back to Cali."

They were not the only ones that were kinda freaked by 6 KB'ers jumping off the same boat. People were just kinda shakin their heads....
