Were back from CR. What a great time. There was always surf. You could surf two to eight foot on the same one mile stretch of beach. In two weeks we had several DOH swells and everything in between. Warm water and nice people. We lived like kings at Dannyʻs casa. His house is great. It is designed with two identical wings that will accommodate two families. With sleeping accommodations for nine (beds) it will handle a large kneelo crew. After surf sessions were spent at the pool complex right next door. This is a topnotch place in a guarded community close to all the best Guanacaste surf spots.

Scott;
The crowds were very light at most places. Playa Negra was always crowded (20-25). Our best session was at Playa Avellanas Estero with no one else in the water. We had great sessions at Little Hawaii and Las Parrujas with only a few others out. The beach breaks could get crowded by late morning. Both locals and tourist were pretty cool. There was an initial cold shoulder but that passed within an hour and by your third day you were one of them.
