Cook Islands Assitance Please

I am heading off to the Cook Islands for a month. I lost some of the replies I had received from some of you. I could use some information about the surfing on Rarotonga and any other islands. I will be traveling to Aitutaki as well. Any contacts while I am there also. I also will be doing some scuba diving and whatever else to sooth the soul.
