Ever seen this?

I had one of the best beach break days ever for a couple hours at Fitzroy Beach.

Translated, that is...........

Surf Shippies (Ship Wreck Bay) if there is a big S/W swell.
Sandy Bay if swell is from N/E.
Go to Kai Iwi Lakes if flat, drive along Ninety Mile Beach, fish the Bay of Islands.
Smoke some 'Northland thunder' 8) .
That sould cover it.
Kia ora,
Hoops

 I'd add Taupo Bay to that list, brilliant right hand point if NE swell.

Also if you have trouble tracking down some Northland Thunder come to the Bay of Plenty and Hoops might be able to put you onto some Coromandel Green  .
I'm told it's a great pain killer for kneelos suffering with bruising to groin and damaged knees from surfing the Naki.

How ya goin anyway Craig.

Spirit Bay right up the northern end. Really nice national parks camping ground in a very special place.
