Cape Town to J Bay any recommendations

I'm going to SA on Sunday and wanted to see if anyone has recommendations or any one I could hook up with for a surf down that way. I'm going to be travelling solo so keen to surf during the 2 weeks I'm there.

Look on facebook for the sa kneelos' group... should be a couple peeps willing to meet up, if you were coming up further the coast to kzn id been keen to hook up for a session.
