Kneeboard Surfing USA Community Forum

Driving up the 101 from SF to Portland and have never before explored the Oregon Coast. I know its not the best time for surf but it's when I can go. Prepared with kneeboard, surfmat, handplane, windsurf board and hiking boots. Any suggestions on surf spots or other travel related data would be great. I've collected a selection of travel books and will be free camping for the most part .
