looked like he was riding an Express in pics posted here of the PI comp. Gav used to ride them way back in the day, made near the 'nulla somewhere.
Maybe someone should run a book of what Matt will be riding next time..... either way, I imagine he'll be ripping

I was wondering about his board. I brought one of Matts after the last Contest on P/Island last year. Its a 6' Hardware(D Ponsford) screwdriver. It didn't suit him after two surfs. But its a rocket for me!!
Has there been any boards shaped from Kneeon (Wayne Hutch) recently.As I heard he is back on the CCoast.
I believe the black board Matty rode was one of Pommies' (Crippler on this site).
Pommie has been making boards for a few years now and has been doing great stuff with them.

Matt`s board is an express by armstrong 5`8 x 23 1`4 x 2.5
He`s tryed alot of boards and had some bad one`s ( nz for example)
But that thing flys and armsttrong seems to have done a great job
