Hi all,
I'm a newbie, but I think I'll just show up at this little shindig. (pun intended)
Except if I'm traveling for work or the Chargers are in the AFC Championship game that day.

How do I post my ID to the calendar for this event? Is that possible?

You may be right about that swell this weekend. Wetsands showed an increase starting on Friday, but it looked like it was coming from the North. Jeff, you bringing Craig with you?

I went out this morning (Thursday), at warm waters and there was still a little swell left. I think Saturday is going to be really nice!

is this gathering still on?

swell looks like it will be fading for sunday morning... but i don't know how well trestles picks up that northerly swell angle.

anybody know?

most of southern california is blocked from the swell but early this winter season there were steep swell days when huntington was 2-4 and uppers was 5-7......trestles is still pretty fun when its 2-4.

Randi.......yes, we're still ON for the Trestles Gathering this Sunday......Trestles is fun even if it's not getting the full impact due to swell direction.....

Skansand......I've got some extra kneeboards......Where are you in OC? Maybe we could hook up and I can give you a "loaner" for the day. I'm in Laguna Hills

that would be awsome....im in garden grove,oc...any board is fine. are you surfing any day before the gathering??? I wouldnt want you to carry an extra board down the trestles path!! thats a walk....i dont know what time ill be at the gathering.probably before 8..

You're welcome to borrow a board but for sure I ain't luggin' it down the trail !

I'm in the studio recording with my band on Sat but you could spin by my place on Saturday, late afternoon, and pick it up so we don't have to coordinate what time to meet in the parking lot.......afterwards just drop it off at my house and we're good......no worries......e-mail me and we'll make arrangements .......JA
