I'm there February 18 - 27. I'll be staying in Honolulu mostly and driving to the North Shore during the days.

Feb 18 - 27 for me, staying on the west side of Haleiwa. Can't wait, the water is getting darn cold here now. Early morning go outs air temp is usually in the low to mid forties. It was in the high 30's and low forties this morning, water seems warm after putting the wetsuit on.

Well, it's official!

Don and Bonnie are arriving 2/9 and staying thru 2/18. I can't tell you how stoked we are. John Mel and his lovely wife Kim are also going whom we'll be sharing a condo with at Turtle Bay.

Hey, does anyone out there know the kneeboard baggage policies for Continental Airlines?

I am hoping to fly with two or three boards in a coffin case.......from what I can find out, it looks like all boards are considered extra baggage?? Do they ding you for each board? Or just the case?

Next question..I am also thinking of flying Australian and it looks like they have ridiculous prices for boards....Does anyone know the reality? How much is it going to cost me to transport two boards?
