Oceanside Gathering march 12

Post by toofast »

Hey Everyone... I talked with some of the other Oceanside crew and all of us are up for putting on a gathering at the Oceanside Harbor on March 12. Everyone should be back from the North shore by then and have lots of stories to tell. We are just getting this started , so more details will be on the way. Should be good times for all.....

sounds good Zeke! How's the sandbar holding out these days? I heard from Craig that there were peeling lefts that were absolutely epic the last swell. Another swell due this weekend, too!

:D They are holding up well, if not getting even better. By the end of the last swell, the bars had really started to work.

I stopped by the Harbor yesterday about 4:30 pm on my way home from work and it was great. Rights and lefts working on both sides of the jetty and at the condo's. It was 3 to 6 foot and alot of barrels.

I went by last sunday and it looked good and 1 guy out.. The Crsytal pier , where I work by, today was over head. Lot of walls thought. But if you caught the right one,you had something to brag about.

Darcy... I`m working on another board.. Get a load of this, a 5-3 twin fin fish. A LONG board......

I surfed the mouth of the harbor (where the road blew out) last friday. Super long hollow rights... too bad the next day wasnt as good.

too fast on a 5' 3" ... I'm shocked!  That's even bigger than my very first board! You must be putting on some weight or something ... :P

Who's coming to the Oceanside Gathering? We also need to plan an alternate location if the river outflow is still heavy.
