I surfed the Harbor Tuesday morning and was treated to some real nice surf in the shoulder to head high range. Eric. S was out tearing it up.

Sorry I'll miss you guys on Saturday; I'll be in SF for some meetings. Fortunately I'll have a chance to meet up with the NorCal crew :D
See you all at the Surfer Bowl!

Mark Robertson are you coming to the Oceanside gathering? If so will you be bringing Sparrow's DVD's and video's with you to sell? I will take one of each if they are still available.

Directions to the Oceanside Gathering; Take I-5 to the Harbor Drive exit (west), Turn right onto Harbor Drive South (this wraps around the south side of the marina.

The first parking lot at the beach front is closed for construction, the second lot is a pay lot, the third lot is free but with a two hour maximum.

Looking good for me. Looking forward to meeting/seeing you guys. Tired of KBing alone all the time. Steve - where do you surf mostly? I live in Irvine and we could hook up and go.

Jimbo, My main spot would be the creek are the spot just south of the creeks point theres about 1000 steps to go down but theres a nice break there and not as packed like the creek, But I to fine myself driving down to Tamarack's to hook up with other kneeboarder's Curtis & Zeke and some times they come down this way, As for sat's session mine will be short but Im sure worth it so if your there in the morning we could hook up down here later for some sessions, Oh yea I live in lake forest so your 15 min from me,
Steve

Thanks to the Oceanside crew for organizing this event. There was a good turn out for the Oceanside Gathering with kneelos dominating the lineup for a good strech of beach. Surf was not too big, but there were some fun waves.

Joel shot 14 rolls of film before putting the camera away and paddling out for a few waves.

We had the next generation of kneelos out with Sam and Shawn getting lots of waves. Sam said it was his best day surfing this year.

Wayne, Shaun, thanks for letting me try your boards. After surfing the Blast F2K and Schoelkopf, I'm thinking a change in equipment is what I need to impove my surfing.
