Are there ever any gatherings in the south bay

I think there was a small gathering at El Porto a couple years ago but that's it. I think a South Bay gathering at El Porto or even Burnout could be lots of fun. PM me for a surf session. I'm always stoked to surf with other kneelos.

Heck, last year we had a killer contest in the South Bay. It was a board busting day. Not big but thumping hard. What happened to that contest.

Oh yeah that's right. EQ won it right? Hey maybe another contest should be planned but at a better location. (El Porto, Burnout, PV????)

Yes there was a contest in the So. Bay last year - in Hermosa Beach. It was to benefit the Hermosa Beach Surf Museum and was in late March. I believe it is an annual event - will check with promoter and get back with further details.

Hey Willy, we should have everyone cruise up to Ferndale for a drive "around the Horn" and sneak into Shelter Cove the back way through Honeydew so people can see what a special place that area is.
