There arnt many kneeboarders at el porto so i thought it would be fun for a group of people to meet up there for a session

My daughter's boyfriend (hot standup) has been surfing El Porto this winter and says its been quite good.
Also, saw some quality peelers at Bay Street and further south at The Rocks in Venice. Tubes going L and R and not a KBer in sight.

My wife grew up on the beach in Venice (Thorton Ave.) and her mother lives off of Ocean Park in Santa Monica so I'm down there all the time.
Last week it looked pretty dang tubular!

You may have a low turnout as there is already a gathering taking place in Oceanside on the 12th which has been on the calander for at least a month now. You guys should make the trip down to Oceanside.

Hey Jeff and Kneejettie,
I think you guys should try to make the Oceanside gathering on the 13th. I've only been to a few of these gatherings, but can tell you that it's quite an experience to surf with so many other kneeboarders. NOthing but good vibes from everyone.
We can have a gathering at El Porto after the one at Oceanside.
