NSW Gathering

Post by grot »

Gday everyone

I've been thinking we should have a kneelo weekend gathering(fri - sun) in the lazy month of January for anyone & anybody who wants to show up(vicco's, canetoads, crows, kids, girlfriends, boyfriends, wives, wives & girlfriends, nanna's etc).

Maybe the Bull Paddock up north(NSW mid north coast), just camping, surfing, hanging out, playing music, drinking beer with a bunch of likeminded misfits(sounds just like a KSA comp but without the competition)

Yeah I reckon this could be a good tonic for everyone and not too hard to organise, as long as the chosen campground can accomodate our numbers. Given the potential expression sessions in the water it would also make for a great photog opportunity.

sounds unreal mel,the old rec club wont know what hit it! from past novo experiences here its goin to be one hell of a gathering, great waves, beer, laughs and more beer.who could forget meggsys nude kb surfing at the club with his dusters hangin down past his knees and shouting "more calamari for my friends" after a big win on the dogs.or the face on the security guard as he opened the door of the rowdy caravan and saw 20 kneelos crowded around 2 grown men wrestling in dresses covered in vegemite (i still dont know why!),or getting the courtesy bus home and the pres"accidently" put his foot through the bus drivers esky and discovered it was full of beer and decided that the nice man must have known we were the novos and was honoured that we were on his bus.crazy times,i love that place.

I'd be interested, for sure. What about you Gav?, Waka? - if your still in the state. Reckon I could scrape up a couple of old feral kboarders from out west of coffs that might be interested as well. Give us a date to work with and I'll let you know some numbers.

Cheers Wolruss

hey Tony, yes the bull paddock is the Booti Booti National Parks camping ground, situated next surf beach north of boomerang beach. The camp ground can get busy in peak times, so I was thinking a little later in January, Friday 20th - Sunday 22nd.

............a whole lota kneelo's livin together for the weekend, what a hoot!!

Kneestock...I love it!
Would you mind if an old expat from the home break of Cowries shows up?
