Hey Ivan..was thinking March. Where would you guys suggest? The Rincon area has a variety of breaks and has chance of Tres Palmas going off.

For those thinking of travel costs. Check out Jet Blue who flys some dirt cheap flights onto San Juan and Aguadilla.

MARch is good
Aguadilla or isabela would be great choices for staying area .Lots of breaks in the area, and still near, other town in the north coast with more great breaks, if wind are ok.

Ivan..by my count we are up to about 14 possibles with us included. Count on at least 1 person with each attendee and we need accomodations for net 28 so far. I agree that Isabela or Aguadilla would be a good staging area but Rincon also could be good. As you know we will need to book in near future for accommodations at that time of year. Was thinking that we need one of the beach parks to be reserved for at least one big get together for the group and an expression session event. Domes would be cool but I know there are other parks as well. I will start checking on lodging deals for that many people and airlinks from Cali.

Just checked Jet Blue and they fly from San Diego, Long Beach, and San Jose through New York for $349.00 (JAN2006) to San Juan and straight into Aguadilla on some flights. These are true "red eye" flights but understand they are a good airline from group that flew that route this year.

If anyone else is interested please post so we could get an idea of numbers. Also include how many, if any, would be coming with you.

Once we get a little further along I have a website where I will post info.

There's no info on the JetBlue web site, but rodndtube has done some research and posted info on his web site. According to Rod it's $25/board each way.
