Post by Ler »

This was killer. Toofast3 (zeke), bigisland, and Joel (photo dude) show up.
Backer, wayne, chuck razor, and my son mike. all showed up. It was uncrowded, offshore, perfect lighting, but 1 foot. Everybody still had fun. Thank to all that showed up. Next time will be killer I promise.

Next Sunday, maybe we can have some heats. Greg Shewman is ready.

Good surf today, especially those who cracked the dawn patrol at 5:30A prior to the high tide. 4-6' faces ocaisional plus that; hollow drawn out peaks. Ler can fill in the details. You "Diegans" beware. Sadly the "scimmage" will likely be my last surf for sometime as I'm subjecting myself to the knife again( Rt shoulder: impingement on the rotator cuff tendons). I'm unlikely participating in the worlds. Might come up to join the festivities, however.

This was the best day ever. Everybody was ripping. Beeline was killing it. Wayne was on his game so much. Totally ripping Tom Backer busted huge airs and a big 360 in the pit of a tube. Shewman had deATH PITS. Scott Hayward was getting long long lefts. Ed was on every set like white on rice. Fred was throwing huge sprays. It was the best day ever. I never seen so much carnage.

It was good. 2-4 foot with 5 foot sets. I even went right (once)
