I'm heading down to So Cal (North County SD) the 8th - 11th... Just thought a Saturday morning go out would be a good idea w/ whoever can make it...

I could possibly make it, although Sunday would be much more do-able. From what I`ve been hearing in the grapevine a fairly decent early season southwester is supposed to show around this same time. (In my best Daffy Duck----- sssssuffrinnnn` sssssuchotash!!!)

Could be a great opportunity for team USA south scrimmage before Jalama.

Count me 85% in....

and don`t ask what the 15% is I`m leaving out.

Things have been a little tighter since 9/11 but I've never been turned away. Just bring your license and registration (id's for everyone in the car), tell them you're going surfing (as if they couldn't tell) and be very polite. And don't cut off any amphibious vehicles when driving on the base!

OK. I have I.D. but no paper work for my car. Can I meet somebody in Oceanside and park my car then drive in with ya. I don't think I can paddle in to DMJ's in my condition and no I'm not pregent, just out of shape.
