The Santa Cruz venue was great but a SoCal site would be good for those of us who are warm water surfers. There are more travel options coming in to LA. SD, and Orange County as well.Greg Little wrote:To answer Beeline's question,
KSUSA and other organizations who help, are looking into running the contest on the 2nd weekend of Dec. that would be the 6th, 7th and 8th in Oceanside or Carlsbad. Our plan is to hold the next KSUSA Titles in Oceanside this December. We'll hold another contest in O-side during Summer 08 and then go back to Santa Cruz in early (winter) 09 - right before the World Titles in New Zealand.
We're looking for people who would like to be part of the team to make these events happen. Don, Mark, Tom and I will still be involved but the idea is to start getting some newbies involved to take the reigns. Already, Greg and a few others have stepped up - but there's always room!
