No flies on ya Bro, it's been flat since, and I watched the whole thing on my computer  You've got more swell on the other side.
Good luck on Sat- if you win I'm claiming victory for the Right coast!

Temp

Scott - water should be relatively warm. Bring a Spring Suit and throw in a 3/2 just in case - sometimes the wind stirs things up.

kneelo cove

Post by Ler »

All the Kneelo Cove Riders put together nice Hurley prize packs for the top 4 in the final and the winner of the Kneelo final and friends of Donnie final will be winning a brand new Hurley wetsuit. Kneelo Cove gives back to the community! See ya tomorrow.
I think the kneelo suit is size LARGE. What size is Mike Fernadez?

The guys did a nice job in the 1-3' surf, which became more crumbly with offshores as the day wore on. Certainly not ideal for what we do, but those who could stay "light on their knees" were rewarded with the best scores. It was neat also having the stand up pros competing between the kneelo heats--great to see how they approached the waves along with the kneeboarders under similar conditions.

It was also a charity event for the Red Cross, surfers were donating blood (outside of the lineup!), etc.

Great seeing all the friends, and knowing many of you will also be at the Santa Cruz contest in January!
