There's a contest being put on by a friend's son in the South Bay. Deadline to register is 3/31 - sorry for the late Notice. Here are the details:

April 14th - Torrance Beach
April 21st - Southside Manhattan Pier
April 28th - 26th Street, Culican Park, Manhattan Beach

$25. Entry Fee per event (includes tee shirt and lunch)
$5. Additional divisions per event date
$30. for all Beach Entries per event date (no discounts apply with beach entries at all three event dates)

Kava I though you could enter the longboard heats and you could ride your 9 foot Velzy

we were invited at the last minute and there are kneelo heats not to worry

and dorge it is who has the worst case of crabs wins

No kneeboard heats, it's dropknee(boogieboards) this is the response I got back from the organizer.........

I just got off the phone with Joey, one of the organizers, apologies for the confusion. He said that we need 12 entries to have Kneelo heats and he will revise the form to include us.

Sup Grinch? Let's do it. I can rally 3 groms from up top that'd be into it. Now all we need is for EQ and Sprocky to chime in. There's gotta be a few OC guys that'd be willing to make the drive.
