Really nice job on the website!

One thing I noticed on the home page was the question about why not have it at Raglan. Besides the snowball's chance to get it, I thought the venues last time were awesome!

That region has all sorts of waves, and the two venues where it was held were just us, as in a whole farm's worth of just us.

Analogy: Four Mile, closed to the public, with permission, drive right on up.

I heard through the grapevine that accommodations in the Opunake area are going quickly and those planning to participate might want to secure a reservation very soon. Easter is a busy time over there for folks taking vacation and it sounds like there may also be some other events happening at the same time as the WTs.

Jack,

As far as I know, the main event that people are referring to is the world university games which will happen around that time. These games, however, are to be held in New Plymouth (about an hour and a half away), so in the end I believe these effects on gaining accomodation will be minimal. On the other hand it pays to be safe and secure your accomodation now.

Also, if anyone is planning on hiring a caravan/campervan for the event, there could be a short supply of them in the coming months so I would recommend making a reservation ASAP.

Thanks
