What's that old Looney Tunes one... Pete Puma or something?

'Have one lump or two with your coffee?'

'heeeee.... I wanna a WHOLE LOTTA LUMPS!'

The last snippet I saw before fleeing yesterday was Nat Young get demolished at the end of his Round of 32 heat.

There's proably pix/video of the beating out there somewhere on that site

Thanks for the link Bob, I've been looking for it this morning.

Looks like it might be our turn around these parts starting late
this afternoon, tomorrow if the weather permits.

How about Pete Mel, Freddy P and Pottz talking up riding Quads

So... we're on to the next already!

Pipeline Masters is about to launch. It's on hold today, but could well run tomorrow.

(Mav's is out there too...)

2009 asp contests

Post by stevea »

Thanks sf kneelo just loggedon to it and can see umina boy Drew Courtney has drawn Andy Irons go Drew
Drew beat Parko to give Fanning the lead before the Hawaiin events and won his first contest in the Canary Islands not long ago
I ve known Drew since he was a kid a great natural athlete like so many of his kind had to choose between rugby league or surfing he chose the right path his rugby league career would be almost over now
Umina home of Kyle Bryant 2002 world kneeboard champ Drew Courtney and Micro Hall wqs have a club contest sunday the scene is set for a party and i just got back to Oz guess i might have to break the beer curfew
If Mick Fanning wins the world title maybe he can send down a keg or 2 if Parko wins he better send 3 for the motivational kick in the butt
Ahhh fk think im going to have a beer or 3 whoever wins matter of fact think ill have one now

Today was an off day for the Pipe Masters as they wait for the swell to come up more. If you haven't seen the highlites from yesterday, they're really a clinic in late takeoffs and high speed tube riding.

Follow the link below and then choose the "Day Five" tab and its videos. I recommend the 12 minute version, which has all the best rides of the day.

Note: I got really jerky playback of this video on my Firefox browser, but it ran quite smoothly when I switched it to Internet Explorer.
I'm not influenced by the past; I change it!

Pipeline Masters going now, in less than classic conditions, but it's looking much better now than earlier this morning - swell is building.

Semifinal heats coming up! :)
