Surfer's Journal Article w/Texas Kneelo & Jazzing the Gl

Went to a preview last night of "Jazzing the Glass" made by a group of insanos including Jon Steele. The surf movie should be out soon. Reminded me of the old surf movies with absolutely no taste at all. Not for the rated G non-surf community and was hilarious.

Jon has an article out in Surfer's Journal featuring Texas and a picture of local kneelo Andrew. Andrew makes his own boards and still calls them paipos. His boards are short and very much a spoon/paipo hybrid. Don't see him much except when the surf gets good.

Was classic old surf movie night. Cops came twice because of the noise complaints (we were on an outside deck] with a noise meter as Will Crum for Newport Beach was playing. .
