Hermosa Contest Results

Fellow kneeboarders,

First of all I would like to thank the guys that showed up for the contest. The waves were waist to head high and tough conditions. Ed Quinn took first place as he dominated the contest and the difficult conditions. Second place was Jeff Omen, who travelled all the way from Temecula, and should have got an award for just showing up. Third place was Mike Butler, and fourth Willy Kelly. The fifth and final place was Hermosa's own, Fred Webb who had never kneeboarded before today and took the biggest wave on the head.

All in all it was a beautiful day, and all had fun.

Thanks Willy for getting a kneeriding division. It was a fun contest alot thick hollow (very walled waves) Broken boards and broken dreams. Perfect day at the beach! Can't til next year. Congrats Ed.
