Alfredo, I can sympathize with you :( . In a week I have an appointment with a infection specialist to determine wether I get to keep my big toe, or if they have to hack it off. I'll be out 6 wks min. The only Christmas present I want, is to hear the doc say I can surf again! Good luck yo you

Perfect Half-Point, what a pleasure provided the crowd wasn't too bad. Were the rights working, too?

Surf report:

OBSF:

Good news: fun, fun surf. Great late AM, early PM session

Bad news: car stolen while out surfing. Shouts out to Rusty, who gave me a ride home while stranded in wettie, board.

Note: I was cased. I looked around while placing keys in sand. Within eyesight was a Mom/kid on beach and a gal sitting on wall. I thought I was discreet.

So, may my experience be a warning to others!

Don, I see you there. You still in DC?

Richard, that would be VERY funny! Will reply on other thread

Willy: In light of above, let's chat about getting together this weekend.
My cell phone is gone. I'll call, or PM with your plans!

SFKneelo

Sorry to hear about that. I was also there last night.

I hate to say it but every time the weather gets good the demographic at the beach changes for the worse especially in the parking lot.

I've had my car broken into once at OB within 10 minutes of getting to the beach. I parked walked to the water and walked back, my speakers, wallet, and stereo were all gone.

No kidding, SF...

The scene was out in full force.

BTW, this was a typical pattern.

Once they have the car, they head down to Westlake/Daly City and try to authorize credit cards for gas purchases, then, once valid, it's off to shop for electronics.

Pisser.

On another note, there were a couple of kneelos at VFWs when I was suiting up, then I saw another a few hours into the session. Any of you?

SF - bummer! Hopefully you got a few waves at least! Maybe it's time you gave in and got that mini-van that's had your name on it.

I missed the entire swell. Heard Blacks was all time and got a full view of every break in N. Baja going richter while down with the wife and kids for lobster Sunday. No board. No waves. Just a lot of dust and smoke while waiting in the border for 4 hours to get home.

I went out at about 5pm south of VFWs and got sucked north down the beach. Big white 4runner and blue board with flames...oh, and the wife.

Yesterday!!!!Broke from the crack ''O'' dawn till dark.Scottiemac/johnS came up on saturday to pick up the newies, naturally the surf was the sh-ts at my favorite reef. classic.Anyways we had a good chat....now I know where rockview is...Thought it was further south.
Hard OS's in the morning, two people out.Opted out, they were having a hard time dropping in,saw some great lip launches...
Wind died back about 2 hrs into the ebb, went flat glassy.3+ hrs, two's the crowd, another three people at the south end.4-8 and a few that broke out in the kelp.Warm water and a touch of red tide..
Today..2-4,just OK.Wind shifted to NW.Hopefully this pattern will benefit the southland with higher humidity.Good luck down there.

cheers

Jack, hasn't Mr Gove talked you into a Sentri pass yet? He won't even take anyone with him to Mex anymore unless they have one!
