Comment: they are very stiff. Good if you have a heavy back foot like Garcia.

Happy birthday :)

My 2c....

I tend to scavenge odd/demo fin sets from the surf shops & play with those, that way you end up with a variety of fin sizes etc. Also if youre a scrooge like me  you can usually haggle a good price.

If you then lose a fin (Ilost 4 in 1 horrible week recently) its not such a disaster...

got a good feel for Slater`s K3`s (fiberglass) on a recent trip away,so much I stuck them on all my boards.Got that twangy flex feel when driven. No doubt your about to find out how personal that question is.Fully rate them though.

On my Flashies I use the FCS M7 with the inside foil, its got the infinity symbol on it and the YU for the center fin.

Fins

Post by Alex »

I've been trialling the AM2 in a hexalite finish nice flex in the tip and a wide enough base for alot of drive they did tend to spin out a little in larger waves on a very short board 5'9 pintail I resorted back to my old Al Merricks. the middle fin in the Am2's is about the same size as a Yu awell but less area in front of the actual fin tab. Happy hunting.
