Hello from MN. No kneelo shots. Just some fresh water waves.

Back to lurk mode now for a year or two

Sorry, didn't know they would be down for maintenance. Decent shots of lake waves in the link, when it works.

Lurk mode back on, out.

OK, one more time out of lurk mode and I'm gone, I promise.

You won't be very impressed with the Stoney picture(s). But, check the one with "no takers" as the caption. That's the deal. There are a few of those up here, cold and inconsistent though, and you gotta watch the charts all the time for an hour or two of decent surf. Not worth it, if you can live anywhere near an Ocean.

OK, I'm out again.

PS. Bruce, the board goes good in these waves.

PPS. Curtis, if I ever make it to CA again I've got a story or two to tell ya.

Dang, nice to hear from you again CS :D

PS. how often are you getting waves rolling in there?

Blimey, that looks cold!

The UK seems positively tropical compared to that!

CS, thanks for showing us such great pics. Loved one of the first ones that showed the lefts reeling down the point like some bizarre freshwater clone of Jerry's Oregon local!

I surfed Lake Michigan for three years and never got waves that good.

Also never had the quality wetsuits (circa 1971) to even think about prowling for waves in the dead of winter like your crew does.
I'm not influenced by the past; I change it!
