SB seeing some swell still, angle is MUCH better for breaks in SB and north. Surfed Hazards this evening, head high with some pluses, raining and had it to myself for almost an hour then shared countless perfect rights with 2 others.

Was a good evening. Now pray for the swell to keep coming!!

the water temp mon was probably in F 53-55 degrees according to the national weather service. Definitely 4-3mm water temps.
today surfed county line ..water def in the lower 50's but solid HH with well OH on the outsides...have not seen CL that good in a really long time, one of those everything was working tide push ,slight offshores holding the rights open, bowly lefts from the point northwards pretty sweet overall.

Probabley well hit trestles on fri on the way down to ASR and an early sesh SAT(crowds :?: ) before heading back to SD..with the rains it will be interesting.

thank's for your information......for sure may thin 3-2mm could not hold these frigid conditions (for me of course :) ).....I hope to score some good surf conditions in South California.
Seems to be a great winter for surfing...........

Mike, glad to see you caught some. Didn't think the water was in the 50's up there! Just broke the upper 40's down here.
Should be another swell on the way this week. Must be nice to have time on your side for a change.......

they have just bumped Saturday up to 40C as well!!!

and yes, the the rise and repatriation of Jelena Dokic (spelling) has had me taking in the odd 3 setter...eye candy for the toothless these days but

40/41 tomorrow and 3 to 4ft at dawn patrol, new swell is breaking into the afternoon sea breeze at the moment

Been bunk around here for awhile.Ran to the city this am.Light OS, warm and sunny.Middle of the beach looked fun but the crowd??Looks to be times of small waves will get folks through times of no work.... Opted for a bit north of sloat.better on the lower tide.No great shakes, some decent sets made it more than worthwhile. The little quadfish works well in these kind of conditions.Got my three hrs..... :D

cheers
