Maybe after I put in my time up there and turn 62, you can bequeath that other little spot? Really, it doesn't have to be that exact spot...any one of those 1000 islands would suffice.
Tentative plans to come up around mid-Fall. If everything falls into place, I'll give you a PM.

Hey Brad,
even that spot in front of the power plant? Usually at least something ridable there.
Flat here as well, small bump due sun up on the N shore.

Six days and counting!!!!! Only four working days left!!!! Did my last 2.5 hr drive to get waves on Monday and I am going stir crazy!!!
