One option is Octoblades, although there are a few listed on the linked page.

Any of these will do, it comes down to what's comfortable:

I personally prefer the Nomad NX, my lad likes the Limited Edition. I have tried hydro tech 1 and hydro tech 2 fins very comfortable, but they lacked the push that the Nomads seem to have.

Fins/flippers
I have been a duckfoot guy since 1967, can't beat the thrust with any other fin, downside is you have to wear booties at all times, or your toes get shredded.

Iam a Duckfeet User My Self , Like Bob.Botties Are Must. You will get the worst crater on your Foot & Toe Knotts As Well
. I My Self Cut About 1 inch Of The Tip So Its Less Stress On Youre Leg & You Don't Get Cramps.
But Like Bob Say You Can't Beat The Thrust Of Duckfeet Fins
I Know Some of You Do Not Use Fins. But In My Kneeboarding Years There Are Two Time Where Fin Have Save My Life. One @ pipeline Where I Got Held Under For Long Time If It Was Not For The Fins I Would Not Made it Up To Get Some Air
And Donnie Hats Off To you,To Keep Surfing No Matter What You Ride, You Are Riding Wave

I have used the Churchill Slashers for several years now and they work well for me in what I ride. Search some old threads on this site and you will see that fin selection is a balance of comfort and thrust and what length and type of board you ride.
I ride a 5'10" swallow tail (wide tail) and I am 6' tall. I primarily use my arms to paddle and my fins to assist. I do count on the swimfins to push off when paddling into a wave and to anchor when duck diving. The fins also come in handy to drop back on the board and just leg paddle when tired or when trying to save energy. I have a friend who rides the old school kneeboard that is around 5' and he only uses modified scuba fins to paddle.
Glad you are back in the water.
