Yeah I ended up with a Strapper from Mike Discassio (SP?) in Vic, pics are in the album hereabouts. Still not sure what I think about it, it really needs a bit of juice. If you can't get in a bottom turn it wallows but when I get the chance to do the bottom turn, top turn combo, it cranks. Not really suited to small sucky beachbreaks where you take off and tuck in, but hey, it doesn't hurt to have a quiver does it.

Rails are much harder than any other board I've had, none of this pumping speed turn stuff, just long drawn out lines. Conversely though once I get up speed it turns on a 10c piece and doesn't lose speed. Like I said I've not quite got my head around it yet, only thing I do know is it has to be surfed off the tail.
Just have to go surfing more I guess. Damn.
