Been away down south of south at the bottom of the island off the island off the island. (cloudy bay Bruny, off tasmania aka the mainland, off the big island aka continental Oz). surfing cold water and indulging my rubber fetish and chainsaw yoga a particularly tasmaninan form of bush regeneration....

now back on the sunny coast and getting used to swimming through the air and water the temp of tea.
Looks like this year I might be heading down your way a few times as I ferry she who must be obeyed to byron so a meeting sometime is a possibilty, depends how well the infinite improbabilty drive is working at any given time.
So keep up the good work I might turn up sometime

Ok, swells up, kingy tomorrow morning around 7.30 nsw time. High tide around 10ish I'll be there if anyone is sick of the goldy crowds although the quality won't be quite as good you'll get more waves. solid 6' plus hardly any sweep the malfunction is on at the point but i've been surfing out from the caravan park & the bowly PS out front of my place yesterday 8' perfect tooobs light off shore nobody out AB

I will have to decline your kind invitation Mr AB … as current circumstances prevent my attendance of this proposed gathering of Knee Jerk Reactionaries.
Unfortunately for me the arrival of swell on the aforementioned coastline coincided with my departure to other destinations.
Once again the need to earn a living has stymied the need to get shacked … barreled … tubed … slotted or as one might say … spend some time in the green room.
So once again I convey my apologies … and wish you all the best.

Has been quelled by the consumption of beers

The information he’s receiving is grand
For the Aussies have been dominating
Back here at home and in Kiwi Land
The Kneelo’s bought home some world titles

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted on this site
Seven in the morning and it may as well be night
Sitting with my laptop in a kitchen far from home
At the arse end of Australia … surfless and alone
Several weeks I’ve spent in Tassy fulfilling my career
But now my task has ended and I’m getting out of here
Back to warmer climates … to family and friends
Returning up the coastline with all its twists and bends
My surfboards are getting dusty … my wetsuit eternally dry
I’ve missed some great swell windows … enough to make me cry
But this dilemma will soon to be over … an end to all my plight
I’ve booked an airline ticket and will soon be on a flight
It’s not that I don’t like Tassy … please don’t get me wrong
A pretty place it is for sure … but I’ve been here to long.

Picked up the new stick from DP earlier this week ... 6' x 23 1/4 x 2 5/8 rounded area pin ... surfed it yesterday and today as a tri-fin in very small average beach breaks ... but after the first couple of waves yesterday I had the thing smoking ... who's a happy boy then ...
I might head down to World Domination Headquarters either tomorrow or Sunday ... Knee Jerk Reactionaries ... aaaten-shun.
Bringing the family and all that ... might even bring the dog ... AB resist the wife jokes if you can.
