Double overhead. Glassy. Ten people out.
None rich, none poor. Everyone happy.

Today was a big disappointment .. Swell didn't show up at all in ventura/SB, Rincon 2-3' all day and has the contest running.

Nothing breaking around El Cap or north, Ventura beachbreaks/C St in the 2-4' at best, very long waits for anything over 3' .

Praying swell fills in more tomorrow and heading to Jalama.

The Lane was big and beautiful. Warm temps and not a hint of wind.
Saw some hot surfing.

Surfing Montauk, NY. unreal, might be the best east coast surf trip yet. Maybe 15 guys out in a mile, no landlord. Long rides, lefts/rights overhead wide peaks with long ridable walls, but cold. Water 52f, air 25f, wind 20mph offshore. Ice cream headache after the second duck dive. Said hello and waved to a seal about 30ft away, so then he swims up to me maybe 4ft away to get a close look I guess. 8)

lunch time surfs can cost me $4- $10 in tolls. The $10 toll is 10 minutes faster. Tough call sometimes. Cost of living in the Bay Area!
